Shipping Policy
Shamikh Collection ships within the United Arab Emirates and to Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, and Saudi Arabia.
Delivery estimates
- United Arab Emirates: Delivery is generally completed within 1 business day. Some destinations or operational circumstances may require up to 2 business days.
- GCC countries: Aramex Express delivery is generally estimated at 3–5 business days.
- Custom orders: Custom production requires approximately 10–12 days before dispatch, in addition to the applicable delivery time.
Delivery estimates may be affected by the destination, courier operations, public holidays, weather, customs procedures, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Shipping charges
The applicable shipping charge is calculated and displayed at checkout according to the destination and the items in the order. The amount displayed at checkout is the shipping charge applicable to that order.
Delivery information
Customers must provide a complete and accurate delivery address and contact number. Shamikh Collection is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete customer information.

تقوم شامخ كولكشن بالشحن داخل دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة وإلى البحرين والكويت وسلطنة عُمان وقطر والمملكة العربية السعودية.
المدة التقديرية للتوصيل
- داخل الإمارات: يتم التوصيل عادة خلال يوم عمل واحد، وقد يستغرق حتى يومي عمل لبعض المناطق أو الظروف التشغيلية.
- دول مجلس التعاون: يتم الشحن عبر أرامكس إكسبريس خلال مدة تقديرية من 3 إلى 5 أيام عمل.
- طلبات التفصيل: يحتاج تجهيز الطلب المخصص تقريبًا من 10 إلى 12 يومًا قبل الشحن، إضافة إلى مدة التوصيل المعتمدة.
قد تتأثر المدد التقديرية بالمنطقة وشركة الشحن والعطلات الرسمية والطقس والإجراءات الجمركية أو الظروف الخارجة عن إرادتنا المعقولة.
رسوم الشحن
تُحسب رسوم الشحن وتظهر عند إتمام الطلب حسب وجهة التوصيل والمنتجات الموجودة في الطلب. المبلغ الظاهر عند الدفع هو الرسم المطبق على الطلب.
بيانات التوصيل
يجب إدخال عنوان ورقم هاتف صحيحين وكاملين. لا تتحمل شامخ كولكشن مسؤولية التأخير الناتج عن بيانات ناقصة أو غير صحيحة.
